Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following terms:
Eligibility
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product.
- The item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Undamaged and in its original packaging
- Complete with all parts and accessories
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Restocking Fee: Each missing or damaged item, or part thereof, will incur a minimum $25 restocking fee, plus the cost of replacement.
- If approved, you’ll be asked to complete a short 5-minute online survey about your experience.
- After survey completion, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

- Refunds to credit cards may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Special Conditions
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible.
Products purchased with bulk discounts (but not on sale) remain eligible.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs, import taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
