Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product.
  • The item must be:
    • In the same condition as when you received it
    • Undamaged and in its original packaging
    • Complete with all parts and accessories

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Restocking Fee: Each missing or damaged item, or part thereof, will incur a minimum $25 restocking fee, plus the cost of replacement.
  3. If approved, you’ll be asked to complete a short 5-minute online survey about your experience.
  4. After survey completion, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
    • Refunds to credit cards may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Special Conditions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible.
    Products purchased with bulk discounts (but not on sale) remain eligible.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs, import taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
